Any AI image editor that works well for this? Anything I've googled and tried hasn't worked, just does a general sharpen of the whole image, really.

You could use Stable Diffusion with the right dataset.

Which one of their models allows for editing an existing image? I went through all the different options in their burger bar and didn't see anything that looked like it would work. But, the website seems to be busy, as it was pretty unresponsive.
