Can't access Forums

So anytime I click on the 'forums' tab, I keep getting rerouted to the page that says I have to read the updated rules post. When I click on the 'forums' tab again, it just sends me to the same page again. I have clicked on 'Like' and I've bumped the thread and nothing seems to change. Am I just being dumb and not understanding what to do?

Resolved, It was a cache issue.

I'm getting the same "go read the rules" thing every time, but I found if I refresh that same page with the message, the message page won't come up again and it will actually go to the thread I clicked on. Weird, but that worked for me.

I'm having weird things happen. Latest posts doesn't seem to want to update. Anytime I'm on the forums page it logs me out and when I go to login it gives an error, but when I go to a thread I'm already logged in...it's being really weird.
