Frankly I think sunny side up eggs taste the best, scrambled are nice but it just doesn't have that flavor, it's a bit less messy though all things considered. The outlier here is omelets, obviously they're good, and you can put stuff in them which is cool. But consider this, omelets are just scrambled eggs that aren't scrambled, identical taste and texture and anything you can put inside an omelet you can cover scrambled eggs with.
