Ctrl + i in firefox pulls up the page info, click media, and scroll through until you find it. Not the fastest, but it works. Works for instagram as well

chrome extension, or just dl Aloha on your phone and you can save any vids and pics in full hd (works for fansly too, tl and dm vids but not pics for some reason)

The built in browser on my Samsung galaxy S20 phone has a button when I play a video that will pop it out to a new window that I can then save the video. Works on OF, fansly and loyal fans and most porn sites except pornhub.
