Question Is it possible to put a bounty on finding videos ?

I went to find some lost porn vids and i don't now if put a bounty (Give money if you find the videos) is forbidden here ?

We don't allow private selling/trading or even more public transactions like pooling or bounties. Allowing the site to be used for money transactions opens up a lot of issues with spammers and scammers and there can also be some legal issues with basically selling content produced by other people.
