It appears that the owners of anonfiles have decided to cease operations as their were dropped by their proxy service and after dealing with massive amounts of illegal content they lost the desire to continue.
The domain is for sale by the owner. This will impact the approved file host. Image attached for context.

They advertised that they were going out of business some time ago, it just took a while, while they tried to sell it off. Unfortunately, there were no buyers. And of course they didn't do what Gofile or others are doing in monitoring old, unused, unviewed or super large files, and get rid of them to open up space. Kind of sad in a way, they might not have been the fastest, but they always worked and not many take downs. Cheers to them for lasting this long!
