Nah. It's only dark if you think there's something sinister going on. She's not spending all her time online seeking validation or isolating herself from IRL people and events. She's not dropping out of school or changing her whole life trajectory because of OF. She doesn't seem to be doing anything self destructive like drugs or random meetups or body modification. It looks like she's just going through regular stuff that women her age go through and it's nice to be told you're pretty and also not have to worry about your bills and student loans.
