Well, because:
1) I don't know how to blur the text only nor do I want to take the time to do so.
2) I don't know if she positions the names on the same spot for every picture she sends. Which means only blurring my name (of a specific length) might giver her hints as to who I am.

Face is the most commonly used part of a human to create fakes/deepfakes. She has a tattoo on her waist, that's good for identifying her, but we can't see that on this picture.
