On this picture, she looks like a beaten drug addict. She is not attractive.

I also start to doubt that this is an authentic picture. Why not just blur the unwanted text? Why cut out the belly, which is a good part to identify her?

Well, because:

1) I don't know how to blur the text only nor do I want to take the time to do so.
2) I don't know if she positions the names on the same spot for every picture she sends. Which means only blurring my name (of a specific length) might giver her hints as to who I am.
3) "which is a good part to identify her?" Hum, idk? Her face?
