Basically the way coomer works is you can log your session tokens with the site. As long as the person who logged it stays subscribed it will update. If they stop subscribing it stops updating. If someone else logs a token or if the original person subscribes again then it will update.
This also means it just shows wall posts and any PPV posts that weren't purchased won't show.
