DDOS Guard

Hi!
I have a little problem. When I try to access this site I always got connection timeout. Chrome has adblock nothing major. Cache + cookies deleted, adblock off... not working.
Fresh, clean Firefox and Edge does the same thing.
Tor browser letting me see the DDOS Guard verification and I'm here as you see.
Any ideas?

So here is a little information regarding the DDOS Guard protection. Its owned by the Russian government and its most likely that this website is being used for phishing. Probably why malwarebytes blocks this site.
