Question Email notifications not working?

I can login and get my new alerts but email alerts has never worked for me. I checked my account settings and as far as I can tell they are all set correct for emails to work. Is there something that I am missing or is it a bug?

I think the email is broken in general.

I haven't been able to get a password reset email either.
