Discussion How do i sent private messages on here?

I can't seem to find any option to message anyone? Is there a way to do this?

You mouse over someone's name and when the window comes up there should be a button saying Start Conversation. I don't know if it's currently enabled for regular users or not, though. I know admin shut it off for new users and low reaction score users to prevent spam and abuse. I don't know if that extends to all regular members or not.
