The second one that looks like speech bubbles is the number of posts you've made.
The third one that looks like a thumbs up is your reaction score, Basically every blue thumbs up is +1 and every red thumbs down is -1. Pay attention to make sure you're not posting in the wrong areas and try not to make posts without content (or at least a point).
The bottom icon is your trophy score. This is just stuff like getting bonuses for service time and making your first post and stuff. It's just for fun.
