EDIT : But here it work so is it becaus of pictures or link in the post i try to make ?

It is a reported problem on this site. I recommend that you be patient and keep trying the post even after it gives you the "Oops" message. It may take a few times for the post to go through, but it should eventually work out. You can also try and refresh the page and try again to see if it will allow the post to go through.
