All the stuff going on with the site has made it so a lot of posts have to be manually reviewed before they show up. I'm guessing either your post or the other one was stuck in review which is why nobody noticed the same picture twice.

Tried to upload full but forum says it's too big

How do I share full?

The uploader of the kofi pic above I assume ran into the same problem? The full for this is almost 3mb

You should be able to upload 3mb files to the forum without problems. Please make sure they are supported file formats such as jpg or png and upload them as thumbnails and not embedded files. Any large files or unsupported filetypes can sent with a file host like gofile or Mega.
Also since your account is still new your posts will need to be manually approved before they appear on the thread, so if you make a post and it doesn't show up it's likely just pending approval.
