As far as I know OF doesn't really do much as far as tracking photos. Unless you get something custom there's no way to tell which account is leaking it. That said, even if there was it looks like you've covered all your bases.
As far as posting stuff, first thing to do is see if anybody on here already started a thread for any models you're subbed to. Then you can start posting updates or see if there's any older content that's missing.
If there isn't a thread feel free to start a new one. When starting a new thread it's best not to obscure names and include links or usernames for the model's OF account and social media. This helps a lot when people are searching.
Regular pictures or very short videos you can just upload to the site with your posts. If you have a huge dump of photos or large videos it's probably better to put them on a host like mega or gofile.
