Most people can pick either option #2 or #3 and it'll play on pretty much any audio player._Audio.mp4is the raw file from Fansly_Audio.m4ais a lossless "conversion" (mux) from the MP4 to an audio filetype_Audio.mp3is an actual conversion to a regular MP3 file.
