Do they still do implants through the armpit or navel? Seems like that would be a better route for her size.

If you're especially flat and you go up several cup sizes the nipples end up in an unnatural place when the skin stretches. This also happens a lot with reductions. Sometimes you see the surgeons relocate the nipples, and sometimes you get that unnatural perky look where the nipple is way up high. It seems to me her size increase wasn't all that drastic, but I'm no doctor and it's still difficult to speculate when she's hiding/editing all the pictures.
