Yeah, the trolls felt especially empowered after the sale was announced - especially the racists, homophobes, transphobes, etc. After 75% of the moderation staff got laid off yesterday a lot of marginalized people I know locked their accounts or deactivated completely - either for safety or just on principle.
Gotta be due for a new set soon. I was hopeful being that it’s a half-holiday today and Thanksgiving tomorrow here in America. Maybe some time in the next few days.

Roosterteeth is a lot closer to folding than you probably realize.
They aren’t profitable, their budget from Warner keeps getting slashed every few months so they have to continuously fire people.
They outsourced RWBY because it’s the only IP they have left that’s worth anything but their skeleton crew of an animation department couldn’t handle it anymore.
Their PR and HR nightmare headaches never stop happening, and that’s only going to get worse as they continue to fire long time employees.
Each time the drama with RT gets especially bad, she posts a set that’s a small bit sluttier than anything prior. I think we’ll see more and more from her as RT continues to circle the drain.
Sorry for the long post, I’m a long time RT fan and I hate to see them dying, but honestly I’d burn that company down if it meant seeing Babs strip.
